| Robert P. Bennett |

Prior to founding Ground Swell in 2003, Mr. Bennett worked at a San Diego-based private equity firm focused on building businesses in growing and fragmented industries. Mr. Bennett worked extensively with BancBoston Capital and Bain & Co.’s private equity consulting group on various investment opportunities. Previously, Mr. Bennett worked in the investment-banking group of Prudential Securities and the capital markets division of Merrill Lynch. He also conducted strategic market research for Kenan Systems, a leading provider of strategic consulting. Mr. Bennett received an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and graduated with an A.B. in Psychology from Dartmouth College. During and following college, he was a competitive rower and has won a number of national championships. |

| Tim M. Taylor |

Prior to joining Ground Swell full-time in 2007, Mr. Taylor consulted for Ground Swell in a variety of capacities including business and financial due diligence as well being Ground Swell’s accountant. Mr. Taylor has held senior positions in accounting and consulting firms for the last 10 years. He specializes in business value-building, financial restructuring, and tax planning for small and medium sized businesses. Prior to receiving his degree in accounting from San Diego State University, Mr. Taylor served for seven years with the U.S. Army’s 3rd Ranger Battalion where he was involved in sensitive military operations. Mr. Taylor is a life time member of the Disabled American Veterans. |

| Daniel Chen |

Prior to joining Ground Swell in 2009, Mr. Chen was an investor and advisor to middle market, growth oriented companies. He brings a broad set of operating skills in building businesses and experience in healthcare. Previously, Mr. Chen was the Chairman and CEO of RxElite Inc., one of Ground Swell’s portfolio companies. Prior to RxElite, Mr. Chen held senior positions in a variety of companies. He was a Vice President at LifeSpan Biosciences, and prior thereto, held domestic and international positions at ALARIS Medical Systems, and before joining ALARIS, he was a management consultant at A.T. Kearney in its pharmaceutical practice. Mr. Chen received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of British Columbia. |

| William Morrow |

Prior to joining Ground Swell in 2009, Mr. Morrow was a founder and manager of EnerCrest, Inc., a Northern-Rockies based energy services leader in delivering green solutions to traditional oil and gas field development. Previously, Mr. Morrow worked and studied extensively in China, sourcing and reviewing venture capital transactions with SIG Partners in Shanghai and studying at the Johns Hopkins-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies, part of the SAIS program. Mr. Morrow began his career with Salomon Smith Barney’s Investment Banking Group arranging financings and advising on corporate acquisitions. Mr. Morrow holds a B.A. in International Studies from Middlebury College where he focused on East Asia and Economics. |
